Salute Chaps,
Have a look at this (http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/351484/ati-eyefinity-will-run-six-monitors-off-one-card).
Best of all, these cards are due to be released later this year. Don't think Matrox will be too happy, unless they licensed the technology. Wonder what NVidia will do to top that?

And to think I was happy to move from 19" to 24"! :) Gonna have to plan my buy strategy to sell Mrs Stew on the concept.
Thanks for sharing, Winger. Amazing how this far-fetched stuff becomes SOP before you know it.

Looks like I mis-spoke, the cards are due in late September. Not much time to squeeze it past the comptroller of the household budget.

Here's a briefing paper on the eyefinity whatsit:http://www.amd.com/us/Documents/ATI_Eyefinity_Technology_Brief.pdf.
Haven't heard of anyone using it with IL2 yet, and I notice it's not in their list of supported games.

Looks like NVidia haven't let this one slip by them: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Nvidia-3D-Surround,9394.html
Though in this case you need two cards running in SLI.
