my myterious keypress

I need help. I have a key press that happens in game (Tied somehow to teh SHIFT key I think. Anyways it brings small white script.. looks like chat log history.. ect... across my whole screen. Yet I do not see just teh SHIFT key mapped to anything like that? any ideas what that is and how I can make it go away?

The usual command for that is <Shift>+<Tab>, you sure your Tab key isn't stuck? Just press <Shift>+<Tab> again to make it go away.
