Salute
Some talk about 'Gamebooster', as a catch all to improve online gameplay.
Shuts down all unnessesary processes, and 'intensifies' processors.

Any comments on its worth?

I am far from an expert but I have been using that program for a few weeks now. Seems to work pretty good. I have not really noticed if there is a difference but it is an easy and quick interface to shut the unneeded prorams down. I like it.

Buzz-
This is like the "End it All" we used in RB days. At that time it was virtually a must given the lack of power in our PCs. I actually loaded the later on my pc a few years ago but did not get a material boost in frame rates for IL-2. The reviews I read on Game Booster said it could improve frame rates 1-5. One indicated it freed up 300meg of memory on a system running 4 gig. Not sure a 10% boost will mean all that much in terms of game performance.
Given my recent frame rate issues in FS I might give it a try as well, however.

There is a program that I used before called enditall which closes all startup programs you dont need. It was free but it changed to payware but you can still find the free version around. I would try to find it but the internet I am using is very slow.
